Algird R. Mameniskis, M.D., F.A. C. S., was born and raised in Philadelphia. He is the founder of Rittenhouse Plastic Surgery and the sole practitioner. "RPS" prides itself as being one of the most respected plastic surgical practices in the Philadelphia area. From it's inception, Dr. Mameniskis has strived to provide his patient's with affordable and high quality cosmetic plastic surgical procedures. Dr. Mameniskis is double board certified, in both plastic and reconstructive surgery, and is a respected surgeon, speaker and community leader.
Dr. Mameniskis specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. His artistic vision, vast knowledge of the latest surgical techniques and skilled use of the most recent, state of the art equipment, is how he is able to consistently achieve natural results for every one of his patients. 
Dr. Mameniskis received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in both general surgery and plastic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Mameniskis is a certified member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He also holds a position, as a clinical instructor in surgery, at Thomas Jefferson University. In addition, he is currently a fellow in the American College of surgeons.
